This two-phase project introduces Wasaga’s first modern exterior facades, comprising a total of 82 homes—40 single detached and 42 townhomes—ranging from 1,300 to 2,800 sq ft. The residences feature a striking mix of stone, metal, and vinyl, accented by bold black and charcoal finishes that define the community’s fresh, contemporary character.
